Sai Surakhya Projects Private Limited is located at Plot No. 420/2815. We are in Bajrang Vihar, which is part of Bhubaneswar. It’s a growing neighborhood in the Khordha-751024 area of Orissa. Our office is just a regular place where we get our work done. It’s not very big, but it’s enough for us. We spend our mornings going through plans and talking to folks. Bajrang Vihar has a lot of new houses coming up, so it feels like things are moving fast around here. Sometimes the roads get a bit muddy when it rains, but we don't let that stop us. We aren't the type to use big words or make things sound more complicated than they are. We just take care of the projects we have. The office has a few desks, some old chairs, and a lot of maps on the walls. It feels like a real workspace. We have been in this part of Bhubaneswar for a while and we like it here. It’s a bit away from the main city rush, which is nice. Most days it’s just us and the sound of construction nearby. We don't have a mission statement or anything like that. We just show up every day and do the best we can with what we’ve got. That’s how we’ve always operated at Sai Surakhya Projects. It is just a straightforward office on a plot in Orissa.
