Sai Sangita Realcon (Opc) Private Limited is located in Goutam Nagar, specifically at Plot No. 897/3932 in Kunjapatnasahi, Old Town. This part of town has a lot of history and the streets can be a bit narrow and crowded. We like it here though. It feels like real life. We are a one-person company essentially, though we hire help whenever there is a big job. Dealing with property and building in Old Town has its own set of challenges because of how old everything is. You never know what you’ll find when you start digging or breaking down a wall. It keeps the work interesting, if a bit stressful. The office is just a small room where the files are kept. Most of the actual business happens out on the street or at the work sites. We don't have a website with fancy photos or anything like that. We just rely on the work we’ve done in the past. If we do a good job, word gets around. That’s how we’ve always done it. It’s not a fast-paced corporate environment. We take our time and try to make sure things are done properly. Sometimes that means we aren't the fastest, but we are still here. It’s a modest way to work and it suits us fine. There’s always more to learn about these old buildings.
