Sai Buildiko & Developers LLP is over in the Sabar Sahi Lane area of Bhubaneswar. We are right near the New AG Colony, which makes it easy for people to find us. Our office is at Plot No-459, specifically on the ground floor in Room No. 4. It’s a simple setup. We don’t have a flashy storefront or big lights outside. The 751012 area is where we spend most of our time. Being on the ground floor makes it easy for people to just walk in when they have a question about a building project or some paperwork. Everything in the office is a bit small, and when we have more than three people in there, it gets a bit tight for everyone. We have our files and our sketches spread out on the desks. It’s not the most organized looking place in the world, but we have a system that works for us. We’re just local folks trying to build things in the Khordha district. We don’t really do the whole corporate presentation thing. Usually, we’re wearing dusty shoes because we’ve just come back from a construction site. We talk to our clients like they’re our neighbors, because most of the time, they actually are. Working in Bhubaneswar means we deal with the heat and the heavy rain, and our office is our little retreat to get the paperwork finished. It’s a basic, functional space for our daily work and we like it that way.
