Sadashiva Realcon Llp has its office at Flat No 3/1 in the Pragnya Preeti Appartment. We are located in Sector 5 of Niladri Vihar, which is in the Chandrasekharpur area of Bhubaneswar. It is a busy part of the city, and being in an apartment means we are right in the middle of a residential neighborhood. We like it this way because it feels more personal and less like a cold corporate building. Our daily work involves a lot of real estate management and keeping track of various property deals in the Khordha region. The office is pretty basic, with just enough space for our files and a place for people to sit when they come to visit us. We spend a lot of time dealing with the local authorities to make sure all the paperwork for our projects is correct. Traffic in Chandrasekharpur can be a bit of a nightmare during peak hours, so we try to plan our site visits accordingly. We aren't big on using fancy marketing words or trying to sound more important than we are. We are just a small group of people working together to manage property and land. Most of our clients are local people who just want straight answers without any fuss. We keep a pot of tea going and just work through whatever tasks are on the desk for that day. It is a simple setup but it works for us.
