Usually, whoever is closest to the door just answers it. It’s a very hands-on way to run a business. We all pitch in with everything, from answering phones to cleaning up the break area. There’s a sense of pride in doing it ourselves. We’ve been at this address for a while now and we’ve gotten to know the street quite well. The trees outside give some nice shade.
