ROYALERA INFRA PROJECTS PRIVATE LIMITED is based out of an apartment building called Archied Shree Heritage. We are in Flat No-202, which is located on Plot No-15/3024 in the Khandagiri area of Bhubaneswar. It might seem a bit unusual to run an infrastructure company from a flat, but it works for us. It gives us a central place to meet up and organize our site visits. Khandagiri is a historic part of the city, and we like the vibe around here. The office itself is pretty simple. We have a few computers, some printers for the blueprints, and a table for meetings. Being in Khordha district means we are close to a lot of the development happening in the state capital. We don't spend much time worrying about how the office looks to outsiders. We are more concerned with the quality of the work we are doing out on the sites. Most of our day is spent on the phone or out in the field, so the flat is just a place to recharge and handle the billing. It’s a small, tight-knit group of us here. We’ve been at this for a while and have seen the city change a lot from our window in room 202. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in town, just one that gets the job done without any unnecessary fuss or fancy corporate talk.
