Rnss Nirman (Opc) Private Limited is located at Plot No- 279/4440 in Jayadev Vihar. We are pretty close to the Nayapalli police station in Bhubaneswar. It is a local operation and we have been at this address for a while now. Most days, the office is a bit of a mess with blueprints and site reports scattered around. We spend a lot of time out in the heat of Orissa checking on construction progress. It isn't a fancy setup. We just have a few desks and some chairs for when people stop by to talk about their projects. Dealing with labor and material deliveries takes up most of our morning hours. Sometimes the rain slows us down, but that is just how it goes here. We don't have a marketing department or anyone to write glossy brochures for us. It is just a small team of us trying to get the buildings up. We focus on the practical side of things, like making sure the foundations are right and the walls are straight. People in the Khordha area know where to find us if they need something built. Our phone rings quite a bit, but we try to answer every call ourselves. It is a lot of hard work and long hours, but we like seeing the progress on the sites. We just keep our heads down and do what needs doing every single day.
