Our spot is located at Plot No-601 on the Jharpada Kenal Road in Bhubaneswar. If you know this part of Khordha, you know the road can get pretty busy with all the new shops and houses going up. We have been here for a while and have seen the whole area change quite a bit. Being developers means we are always worrying about something, whether it is the price of steel or getting the right permits from the office. Our office on the canal road is where we do all the boring stuff like the taxes and the payroll. Most of the time, we would rather be out at the site seeing the actual progress. We aren't a big fancy firm with a lobby or anything like that. It is just a practical room where we can sit down and talk about the next steps for the plots we are working on. Some days are better than others, especially when the rain holds off and we can get a lot done. We don't have a big philosophy or any of those corporate slogans. We just try to build houses that are decent and don't cost a fortune. People in Jharpada know where to find us if they have a question. We are just local folks trying to make a living by building things that will last for a good while. It is a long process but we keep at it every single day.
