Bhubaneswar is a city that never really stops, and here at Plot No-248 in Sahid Nagar, Unit-IX, things are no different. We operate as Rise Agrotech Venture Private Limited, though most people around here just know us by the faces they see every morning. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a practical space where we handle our business. It gets quite warm in the afternoons, so the fan is always running at full speed. Being in Sahid Nagar means there is always traffic and the sound of horns outside, which you just get used to after a while. We spend a lot of time on the computer or talking to people about agricultural supplies and tech ideas. It's a lot of logistics and phone calls, honestly. Khorda is a busy district, and we are right in the middle of it all. We aren't a huge corporation with hundreds of employees in fancy suits. It is just a handful of us trying to make the venture work. Sometimes the chai guy comes by and we take a quick break, but mostly it's just focusing on the tasks for the day. We have stacks of files on the desks and old posters on the walls. It feels like a real, lived-in workplace because that is exactly what it is. We don't have a big marketing team, just us answering the phone and getting things sorted for the farmers and partners we work with in the Orissa region. It’s a regular day-to-day life for us here.
