Retro Buildcon Private Limited is located at Plot No. 353 on the Ground Floor in Prasanti Vihar, Patia. We are in the Bhubaneswar Khordha-Orissa area and having a ground floor office makes it really easy for people to just wander in and talk to us. We don't have any stairs to climb or elevators to wait for which is nice. The office is a simple place where we keep all our construction records and project files. Prasanti Vihar is a good neighborhood and we have made many friends among the local shop owners nearby. We aren't the kind of company that puts out glossy advertisements or uses big words to describe what we do. We are builders and we stay focused on the physical work of construction. Our desks are usually covered in site maps and pens that sometimes work and sometimes don't. It’s a very human way of working. We take our work seriously but we don't take ourselves too seriously. If you are in Patia and pass by Plot 353, you’ll see our door. We are usually in there debating over some design detail or checking the weather to see if it will affect the work day. It’s just us doing what we know how to do without any of the extra polish you see in the big city firms.
