You can find Reputech Infra at Plot No- 1193/2656 inside the Sumitra Complex. That’s in Raghunathpur, which is part of Bhubaneswar. It’s a busy area and the complex usually has a lot going on. Our office is just one of many in the building. We focus on infra work, which means we are often dealing with plans, materials, and local sites around Khordha. It’s not a glamorous job. There’s a lot of paperwork and a lot of standing around in the sun checking on progress. We aren't interested in sounding corporate or using big words to impress people. We just want to get the projects finished so we can move to the next one. The team here is small. We share a few desks and a lot of coffee. We don’t have a big marketing budget or anything like that. We mostly get our work because someone saw what we did down the road and asked for our number. That’s the best way to do business, we think. Bhubaneswar is growing fast, so there’s always something to do. We just try to keep up with the pace and make sure we don’t make too many mistakes. It’s a regular job for regular people. We aren't trying to change the world; we’re just building it one bit at a time and trying to be honest.
