Radhakunja Homes Private Limited is based at Plot No. 21/541 in Jagannath Vihar, Nuagaon. This is in the Bhubaneswar area of the Khordha district in Orissa. Our office is a simple place where we manage everything related to local housing and land. Nuagaon is a bit quieter than the center of the city, which makes it a nice spot to sit and go through all the paperwork we have to handle. We don't have a big corporate office with glass walls or anything like that. It is just a practical room with some chairs and desks. Most of us are from around here, so we understand how things work with the local land records and the neighbors. The summers in Orissa can be very hot, so we usually try to get our site visits done early in the morning before the sun gets too high. The rest of the day is spent talking to people who come by or making calls to sort out various project details. We have seen Jagannath Vihar grow a lot over the years, with new houses and shops popping up on almost every corner. We just focus on doing our bit and keeping our records straight. There is always plenty of work to do, and we just take it one day at a time. If you are looking for us, we are usually around during the day, just doing our normal routine and keeping things moving.
