We are located at Plot No-416/3606 in Bajarang Vihar, which is part of the Kananvihar area in Bhubaneswar. Radhakrushna Realcon Developers Private Limited is a bit of a mouthful, so we just focus on the development work itself. Khordha is home for us and we’ve seen the city change so much lately. Our office is just a regular building where we keep our files and meet with people. It’s not flashy. We have some plastic chairs and a table that has seen better days. Being in Orissa means dealing with the heat, so the fan is always running in the background. We handle the real estate and development side of things. It involves a lot of walking around different plots and checking the boundaries. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone to write fancy speeches. We just tell people what we can do and then we try to do it. Sometimes there are delays with the paperwork or the materials, but that is just part of the business. We live and work in the same area, so we run into our neighbors all the time. It keeps us honest. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do decent work and keep the lights on. It’s a local operation run by local people who know the ground.
