At Qdobacafe Maxican Food Private Limited, we are located at Plot No-170 in Scrkharavel Nagar. This is Unit-3, which is a pretty central spot if you know the area well. We decided to set up here because it seemed like a good place to handle the Mexican food side of things. The office is just a regular building, nothing too special to look at from the outside. We spend most of our time in the back working on recipes or dealing with the day-to-day logistics of running a food business. Kharavel Nagar gets quite busy during the day, so there is always something going on outside our window. It is not always quiet, but we like the energy of the street. Inside, it is just us and the equipment. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It is just a few of us making sure the orders are right and the ingredients are fresh. Sometimes we run out of space for all the supplies, so we have to get creative with how we stack things. It is a very hands-on job. We are just regular people trying to make this food thing work in Unit-3. We focus on the cooking and the cleaning and the paperwork. It is a lot of hours, but being at Plot No-170 feels like home now. We usually have the radio playing in the background while we sort out the delivery schedules for the week and check the mail.
