Propexpress Realty Services Private Limited is located in Flat No-D/401 at Laxmi Residency. We are up on the 4th floor. The building is in Haridaspur, which is part of the Naharkanta Hansral area in Bhubaneswar. It is a bit different being in an apartment instead of a shop on the street. We use the flat as our main office for all our property work. We have been here for a while now, handling rentals and sales for the Khordha area. It is a quiet spot to get our paperwork done without the noise of the traffic. We don't have a big team or a fancy reception area. If you come to see us, you just come up to the fourth floor and we talk in the main room. We spend a lot of time out in Naharkanta looking at houses and flats for our clients. We keep things very simple and don't use any corporate jargon. We just tell people what we have and what the prices are. Sometimes the elevator stops working, so we have to walk up, but that is not too bad. We try to be as helpful as we can with the property papers and the local rules. Most of our clients are just regular people from the neighborhood. We enjoy the work and like being part of the Laxmi Residency community. It is a practical way to run a business.
