Prolif Realtech is based in Mahima Tower, specifically on the 5th floor in Flat No-501 of Block-B. We are located in Andilo, Balianta. Being up on the fifth floor gives us a bit of a view, though we’re usually too busy with paperwork to look out the window much. The office is at Ajit Kumar Rout’s place, and it’s a pretty straightforward setup. We don't have a big sign in the lobby or anything like that. We just focus on the real estate work we have to do every day. Balianta is a growing area, and we’ve seen a lot of changes since we started working here. Our team is small, just a few people who handle the listings, the phone calls, and the site visits. We aren't into big marketing campaigns or polished speeches. We just talk to people like we’re talking to friends or neighbors. Sometimes the elevator in Mahima Tower is slow, so we end up waiting around a bit, but it’s a good chance to chat with other people in the building. We spend a lot of time driving around Andilo looking at different plots and buildings. It’s a lot of manual work and checking details. We don't use any fancy tech, just what’s necessary to keep things moving. We’re just local people doing our jobs in a local office. It’s nothing fancy, but it works for us and the people we help.
