Prativa Health Care

Prativa Health Care is based in Ward 16 on Baghra Road. We are in Baripada, which is in the Mayurbhanj district. The building is a simple one, right on the edge of the road. It gets a lot of traffic passing by, so there is always a bit of noise from the trucks. We open up early in the morning, usually around seven or eight. There is a small waiting area with some plastic chairs that have seen better days. We try to keep the place clean, but with so many people coming in from the dusty road, it is a constant job with the broom. My sister handles the registration and keeps the files in a big metal cabinet. Sometimes we can't find a file right away and it takes a few minutes of searching. People are generally patient about it. Baripada is a nice town, and being in Ward 16 means we see a lot of the same local families. We don't have a big team, just a few of us who have been here since the start. We have a small fan that clicks while it turns, but it keeps the air moving. We aren't some big corporate hospital with a lot of rules. We just talk to people and help them out with their health needs as best as we can. It is a long day, but it is what we know how to do.
