We've been operating out of Sriram Nagar in Kapileswar for a bit now. Saroj Kumar Pradhan started this because there was a lot of building happening around here and he saw a way to help out with his own hands. It isn't always easy, especially when the weather gets bad or materials don't show up on time, but we manage. Most of our days are spent at sites or checking on supplies. It’s hard work, getting everything lined up correctly. People know where to find us, just look for the office at Saroj's place. We don't have a big fancy setup. Just some desks and a lot of paper. Sometimes the neighborhood gets noisy with the construction traffic, but that’s how it goes when things are being built. We try to keep things moving. A lot of folks around 751002 know us by now. We don't do much advertising. Usually, someone just tells their neighbor about us. It’s a small operation, really. Just a few of us trying to get the jobs done right. We deal with concrete, bricks, and all the usual stuff. Sometimes we are busy from morning until late at night. Other days are slower. It’s just how the building trade is. We’re just glad to be part of the local community here in Kapileswar. It takes a lot of patience to get these projects finished. We just take it one brick at a time and see where we end up.
