PRAJWAL KU. DASH CONSTRUCTION (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED is located in Bhubaneswar, right at Plot No-235. We are near Nuagaon Chhak, which is a pretty well-known spot around here. If you are trying to find the office, we are actually quite close to the G.S.E.M School. This is a handy landmark because everyone knows where the school is. Being an OPC, or one person company, means things are handled pretty directly. There aren't layers of management to go through. It’s just us at the office near the chhak. We deal with construction projects all over Odisha but our heart is here in Bhubaneswar. The office is usually a bit chaotic with papers and phone calls, but that is just the nature of the construction business. We don't put on any airs or graces. We just talk to people plainly and get on with the work. Nuagaon Chhak is a busy intersection, so there is always a lot of energy around the office. We like being part of the local community here. We don't have a mission statement or anything like that; we just aim to finish the projects we start. If you are ever near G.S.E.M School, you'll probably see our sign or see us heading out to a construction site. It’s a practical, no-nonsense operation we have going on here in this part of the city.
