Prachi Realcon is located at Plot No. RP-75 in Padav Nagar, just off Lane-3 on Tankapani Road. It’s part of the Badagada Brit Colony area in Bhubaneswar. We’ve been set up here for a while now. It’s a decent neighborhood, fairly quiet compared to the main roads. We aren't a big, flashy company with hundreds of employees. It's just a few of us who know the local property scene. We spend our days dealing with land deals and helping people figure out where they want to build. We don't have a fancy lobby or a bunch of awards on the wall. We just have a few desks and some maps. Working in the 751018 area is good for us because we grew up nearby. We know which areas flood and which ones are good for building. We don't use a lot of fancy marketing talk because it doesn't really help anyone. We just give straightforward answers. If a project is going to take six months, we say six months. We try to be real with people. It’s a lot of hard work and sometimes things get messy with the legal side of stuff, but we stick with it. We’re just regular folks trying to do a decent job every day. The office feels a bit cramped when everyone is in at once, but we make it work. It's just home to us.
