We started Praa Project Private Limited out of our office at Flat No-C 54 in Utkal Heights. Being over here in Pahal, Bhubaneswar, we've seen how much the Khordha area has changed lately. It’s a busy part of Orissa, but we try to keep things simple. Most days you’ll find us just dealing with the paperwork or talking to people about their projects. We aren't a big fancy operation with hundreds of people. It’s just a small team trying to get things done right. Sometimes the traffic near Pahal gets a bit much, but being based in Utkal Heights makes it easier to stay connected to the city. We don’t really do big speeches or glossy brochures. We just show up and work. If someone asks what we do, we tell them we handle projects. It’s pretty straightforward. We've been in the 751004 zip code for a while now and we know the neighbors. Dealing with local regulations can be a headache sometimes, but that’s just part of the job in Orissa. We focus on the day-to-day stuff that actually matters to the people we work with. There isn't any secret to it, just staying organized and keeping our word. We like the quiet of our office setup here. It gives us space to think and plan without too much noise from the main roads.
