Poveria Buildcon Private Limited is over in Bhubaneswar. We are at Gitanjali Bhawaan on Plot No-258/3056 in the Sundarpada area. It’s a growing part of the city. We have a modest office where we keep all our records and tools. Most of our time is spent out where the actual building is happening. We handle all sorts of construction work. It can be quite a juggle trying to keep everything on track. Some days we are dealing with suppliers and other days we are just trying to find enough workers for a big pour. The office is usually where we hide from the rain to get some planning done. We have a lot of local knowledge since we’ve been working around Khordha for quite some time. We don't put on any airs about being a big firm. We are just a group of people who know how to build things. It's often loud and messy work, but that is the reality of it. We have a lot of conversations about costs and timelines. Things rarely go perfectly, but we find ways to fix things and move forward. We just want to get the job done right so we can move to the next one. It's a simple approach. We stay busy with the local projects and keep the office running as best we can. There is always a new challenge waiting for us at the site every single morning.
