Pattnayak Properties Private Limited is based out of the Mallick Complex in Jagamara, at Plot No-506/463. If you’ve spent any time in Jagamara, you know how busy the Mallick Complex can get. It’s a lively spot with lots of shops and people coming and going. Our office is right in the thick of it. We deal with property, plain and simple. We aren't the type of people to use fancy words or try to impress anyone with big promises. We just know the local market here really well because we live and work in it every single day. Most of our time is spent on the phone or sitting across the desk from someone who’s trying to sell a house or buy a small piece of land. The office can get a bit loud with the street noise, but we don't mind it. It reminds us that we’re in the middle of a growing community. We started this because we liked the idea of helping neighbors figure out their property issues. We’ve seen the prices go up and down and seen new buildings replace the old ones. It’s just the two or three of us mostly, handling the paperwork and making sure the records are right. We don't have a big mission statement on the wall. We just have a calendar and a lot of folders. If you’re in the complex, you can stop by, but we’re usually out checking on a site or talking to someone nearby.
