Paribhasha Welfare Foundation

Our spot is at Plot No 939 in Nandkishor Nagar, which is right by Garage Chhak in Bhubaneswar. We are in Lane 1. If you know Bhubaneswar, you know Garage Chhak is a busy junction. Paribhasha Welfare Foundation is tucked away in the lane there, so it is a bit quieter than the main road. We’ve got a simple setup here. It is not a polished corporate office. We have some old chairs and a few desks where we handle our welfare work. We spend our time trying to help out with social issues in the neighborhood and the wider Khordha area. It is not always pretty work; sometimes it is just a lot of talking and trying to find resources for people who have very little. We don’t use any of that marketing language you see on the internet. We’re just local people who decided to do something for our own community. The office is often a bit of a jumble with papers and people coming in and out. We don’t have a receptionist or anything like that. You just walk in and someone will talk to you. We like being in Nandkishor Nagar because it feels like a real community. We don't have any big goals of being famous or anything. We just want to keep doing our welfare work at Plot 939 and stay useful to the people who live around Garage Chhak.
