Parambrahma Estate Private Limited

We are over here at Plot No 812/3829 in Nilakantheswar Nagar. If you know the Delta area in Bhubaneswar, then you know it gets pretty busy around here. We’ve been running Parambrahma Estate Private Limited from this spot for a while now. Most mornings start with the sound of traffic and someone bringing in a tray of tea. The office isn’t anything fancy, just some desks, chairs, and stacks of files that seem to grow every week. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at maps of the local area. It gets hot in the afternoons, so the fan is usually going full speed. People stop by sometimes just to ask for directions or talk about what’s happening in the neighborhood. We don’t have any big corporate speeches or anything like that. It’s just us trying to keep things organized and making sure the paperwork gets done. Some days are slow and we just sit and talk about the cricket scores, while other days are a total mess with people coming in and out. It’s a local business, so we know most of the faces around here. We just show up every day, open the shutters, and get to work. It’s not a big glamorous thing, but it’s what we do. Nilakantheswar Nagar has a lot of energy, and being right in the middle of it keeps us on our toes. We’ve gotten used to the quirks of the building and the way the light hits the office in the evening.
