Panchavati Shiksha Foundation

If you head out toward Tomando and Bijipur, you’ll find us at Plot No-675/2963. It’s a bit away from the main hub of Bhubaneswar, which is nice because it’s a lot quieter. We’ve been in this spot for a while now. The building is simple, just a ground-floor space that we’ve turned into an office for Panchavati Shiksha Foundation. There’s a small yard out front where a few local kids sometimes play. We don't have a lot of fancy equipment. Most of what we have is donated or bought second-hand. It works well enough for us. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we haven't gotten around to it yet. We spend most of our days talking to parents and teachers in the nearby areas. Since we’re a bit out of the way, we do a lot of traveling back and forth to the city. The road can be a bit bumpy after the rain, so we’ve learned to drive carefully. We don't have a big sign, so you have to look for the plot number on the gate. It’s just a few of us here. We make our own coffee and handle our own mail. It’s a very hands-on kind of place. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a big office or expensive cars. We just want to make sure the work we do at the foundation actually helps the kids around here.
