Panacea Homes & Construction Private Limited operates out of Kalinga Nagar in the Ghatikia area. Our office is at Plot No-K/7-48. If you know Bhubaneswar, you know that Kalinga Nagar is a bit further out from the old city center, so it has a different feel to it. It is a bit more open and there is a lot of new development happening all around us. We chose this spot because it's right where the growth is. The office itself is quite simple. We have a few chairs for visitors and a big table where we look at construction drawings. It’s a quiet place to get work done without the heavy noise of the main city traffic. Ghatikia has a lot of potential and we have seen it change so much over the last few years. We don't use a lot of fancy words to talk about what we do. We are just builders who focus on homes and other structures. Our team is small and we prefer it that way because it means we can keep an eye on everything ourselves. The weather out here can be quite sunny, so we usually have the windows open to catch any breeze. It is just a normal local business trying to do good work in the community. We are happy to be located in Plot K/7-48 and we plan to stay here for a long time. People around here know us as the guys who are always busy with something.
