Osmosis Infrastructure Private Limited operates out of Duplex-37 in the OSHB area of Chandrasekharpur. It is a residential kind of spot, which makes the workday feel a bit more relaxed. We are in the 751021 area of Bhubaneswar, right in Khordha district. Our office is basically a house that we turned into a workspace. It’s got a kitchen where we make way too much tea and a living room full of site plans. We don’t have a corporate lobby or a sign that lights up at night. We just have our names on the door. The infrastructure projects we take on keep us out in the field most of the time. When we are back at the duplex, we are usually arguing about budgets or looking at technical drawings. It is a small team here. We don’t have layers of management. If something needs to be decided, we just talk about it over lunch. The trees outside provide some nice shade, which is great during the summer. We have been in this spot for a bit and the neighbors are used to seeing the trucks come and go. We don't pretend to be more than we are. We are just a group of people trying to build things that last. It is a simple life and the work is steady. We don't need much more than that.
