Our office is tucked away in Damayanti Apartment, specifically A-301 in Behera Sahi. Nayapalli is a crowded area of Bhubaneswar, but we like it here at ORISUN DEVELOPERS. Most of our work involves looking at land and figuring out where things can actually go. It isn't always exciting; there is a lot of paperwork and waiting for approvals that take forever. We have been in the Khordha area for a while and we have seen how much the city has changed recently. Buildings are going up everywhere you look. We just try to handle our own small corner of it without too much fuss. Sometimes the office gets a bit cramped with all the files and folders everywhere, but we know where everything is. We don't really have a receptionist or fancy furniture. If someone comes by, they usually just pull up a plastic chair and we talk about whatever needs doing. We've had our share of rainy days where everything stops, and you just have to wait for the ground to dry out. It can be frustrating, but you can't fight the weather. We aren't some massive corporation with a huge headquarters. We’re just a group of people working out of an apartment building, trying to get projects finished so we can move on to the next one. It’s simple, really. Sometimes the power goes out and we just sit and wait for it to come back while we talk.
