We are set up at Plot No-N5/170 in IRC Village, right in the Jaydev Vihar area. It’s a quiet enough spot but close to the busier parts of the city. We’ve been working on buildings for a bit now. It’s not always glamorous work, mostly just checking on bricks, cement, and making sure the guys are doing what they’re supposed to do. Some days we are stuck in the office dealing with blueprints, and other days we are out on-site getting our shoes dirty. We don't use big words or try to act like we’re some massive corporation. We’re just local people who know how to put a building together. The neighborhood here is nice, and we’ve gotten to know a lot of the folks living nearby. Sometimes the weather doesn't cooperate and we have to stop work, which is frustrating, but you can't fight the rain in Odisha. We just wait it out and start again the next morning. People usually find us through word of mouth. We don't do much advertising. If you need something built, you come talk to us and we see if we can help. It's a straightforward way of doing business. We keep our records in order and try to stay on top of the local rules. It's just a normal day-to-day grind for us. We don't have any special tricks. We just show up every day and try to get the work done without too many delays. Some weeks are harder than others, but we keep at it.
