OMKARA VENTURES PRIVATE LIMITED

We are based out of room 306 in the DLF Cyber City building. It’s over in the Chandaka Industrial Estate area of Patia. Being in a big building like this means there is always something going on in the hallways. We have our little corner where we focus on our ventures. It’s mostly computers and coffee mugs on our desks. Bhubaneswar is growing fast, and you can really feel it from our office. We spend a lot of time on the phone or in meetings, trying to figure things out. It’s not always easy, but it’s what we do. Sometimes the elevator takes forever, so we take the stairs. The view from the window is mostly other buildings and some trees. We aren't trying to be anything we aren't. Just a group of people working together in a busy part of the city. We keep to ourselves mostly, but we know the other folks on the floor. It can get loud when the industrial estate is in full swing, but we’re used to it by now. We don’t have a big reception area or anything like that. Just a door with our name on it and some chairs inside. It’s a decent place to work. We just show up, do the tasks for the day, and head home when the sun goes down. The hallway carpet is a bit stained near the water cooler.
