Npp Design And Construction operates out of Plot No-99/1192 in the Malisahi area, specifically within Adimata Nagar. We combine the design side of things with the actual building work, all from our office here. It is a bit of a mix between drawing boards and muddy boots. The office is usually cluttered with blueprints, site maps, and samples of tiles or paint. We don’t have a polished showroom. We prefer to show our work at the actual sites where things are being built. Malisahi is an interesting area to work in, and being at this specific Khata number helps people find us easily. Most of our day is spent balancing the creative side of design with the practicalities of construction. We have to make sure what looks good on paper actually works when the workers start laying the bricks. It is a lot of problem-solving. We don't use much marketing speak because we are too busy making sure the plumbing is right or the walls are level. People come to us when they want someone local who knows the ground conditions in this part of town. We have been doing this for a while and we don’t plan on changing our simple way of working. It is just us, a few computers for the designs, and a whole lot of grit for the construction sites. It is a real job for real people who live and work in Orissa.
