NIBANDHANA CONSTRUCTION PRIVATE LIMITED is run out of Flat No- D/104 on the first floor of Block-D in Shuvam Royale. Being based in Ghatikia gives us a good view of how the area is expanding. Our office is basically just a modified apartment, so it has a very homey, lived-in feel to it. There are usually stacks of building plans on the dining table and samples of tiles or paint sitting in the corner. We spend most of our time coordinating with different crews and making sure the construction schedules are being met, which is always a bit of a challenge. Ghatikia is a nice part of town, and we’ve gotten to know the local rhythms pretty well. We don't really do the whole corporate polish thing. If you come by, you’ll probably find us in casual clothes just trying to get through the day’s emails and site reports. Construction is a messy business, and we don't try to pretend otherwise. There are always delays or surprises when you start digging, but we just deal with them as they happen. We focus on the practical side of building, making sure the foundations are right and the walls are sturdy. It’s not about being the biggest company in the world; it’s just about doing the job we said we would do. We’ve been at this for a bit now and we still enjoy the feeling of seeing a project finally come together in the end.
