Neelamadhab Construction Private Limited

We are based in Pallashpalli, over at Plot No -C/39 on the ground floor. It’s a convenient spot for us because it’s easy to load and unload things when we need to. Our main focus at Neelamadhab Construction Private Limited is building projects around the Khordha area. We aren't doing anything too fancy, just solid building work for people who need houses or shops. Being on the ground floor means we get a lot of walk-ins, people just passing by who want to ask about construction costs or how to get a permit. We have been at this for a while and we have a small group of reliable guys we work with. The daily routine usually starts with a tea and a look at the weather forecast. If it’s too hot, we try to get the heavy lifting done early in the morning. We handle a lot of the logistical stuff that people don't want to deal with, like getting the right amount of sand and bricks to the site on time. It can be a bit of a juggle. We don't have a polished sales team. When you talk to us, you are talking to the people who are actually managing the work. We like staying in Pallashpalli because it's a good community and we are close to our ongoing projects. It’s a lot of hard work and sometimes the paperwork gets a bit overwhelming, but seeing a finished house makes it worth it.
