At Mulk Developers Private Limited, we are located over in Baramunda at J.Vihar Pl- 6 P, right on Road -1. Our pin code is 751003 and we are part of the Bhubaneswar-Khordha area. The office is tucked away in a spot that feels like a real neighborhood which is something we actually like. It isn't one of those cold corporate buildings. We spend a lot of our time looking at maps and checking on how things are going with the construction work. There is usually a lot of noise from the street but we have gotten used to it over the years. We have a few desks and some basic equipment to keep everything running. You won't find any polished marketing brochures here because we prefer to just talk to people face to face. If you come by J.Vihar, you’ll see our sign on Road -1. It is a humble setup but it serves us well enough for what we do. We manage the development side of things and make sure the paperwork is filed correctly with the local offices. It is a lot of back and forth between the site and the office every day. Sometimes we forget to even lock the front gate until late in the evening. We are just local people trying to make a go of it in the Bhubaneswar area without making a big fuss about things.
