Morningsun Developers and Builders is based at Plot No. 742 in Sahid Nagar. Sahid Nagar is one of those places that never really stays quiet. Our office is right there, and it is usually quite a busy place. We do both developing and building, so there is always something going on. One day we might be talking to an architect, and the next we are at a site making sure the bricks are being laid right. We don't have a big corporate team. It is just us, a few dedicated people trying to get things done. The office is pretty basic, just a place to keep the sun off our heads while we do the books. We've been in Bhubaneswar long enough to know all the shortcuts and the best places to get materials. Building stuff is hard work, especially with the humidity here. We often find ourselves working late or starting very early to beat the afternoon sun. We don't use any fancy words to describe what we do. We just build houses and commercial spaces for people. Sometimes the paperwork gets overwhelming, but that is the reality of the business. We like the feeling of finishing a project and seeing it stand there in the city. Sahid Nagar is a central spot for us, making it easy to reach any corner of the town where we have work going on.
