We are based out in the Chandaka Industrial Estate in Patia. Our specific spot is No.1(P), B-39. We call the business Mombakes Food Private Limited. Being in an industrial estate means things are always moving. There are lots of other businesses around us, so it’s a busy atmosphere with trucks and people everywhere. We focus on baking and food items here. It’s not a cozy little cafe; it’s more of a production place where we get the work done. The Patia area has changed a lot lately, but our corner of the industrial estate stays pretty much the same. We have a team that handles the baking and the packing. It’s hot work, especially with the machines running all day. We don't have any fancy brochures or websites. We just talk to our customers and deliver what they need. Most of the time, we’re too busy with the orders to worry about how the office looks or if the paint is peeling. It’s a practical space. We chose this location because it makes it easier to ship things out to different parts of the city without getting stuck in too much traffic. We aren't trying to be fancy. We just make the food, pack it up, and send it off. Sometimes things get a bit chaotic when a big order comes in, but we always manage to figure it out together. That’s just life at Mombakes Food on a daily basis.
