Mns Homes Private Limited is situated at C/O Jayabrata Nayak, in Flat No-C/101 of the Ashavaree Apartment. We are in Sampur, which is out toward Chandaka. It’s a bit away from the main city rush, which gives us a bit of peace to get our work done. The apartment serves as our base of operations. It’s not a big office building, but it works for what we need. We spend our time planning homes and talking to people about where they want to live. Being in the Ashavaree Apartment means we are part of a residential community ourselves. We see the kids playing and people going about their business every day. It keeps us grounded. We don't have a lot of corporate talk here. We just sit around the table and figure out the best way to handle the next building project. Mns Homes Private Limited is a small operation. We care about the local area because we live and work right here in Sampur. Chandaka is nearby, so we get a bit of that greener feel too. Sometimes the internet is slow or the power cuts out, but we just wait it out and get back to work. It’s a very human way of doing things. We don't try to impress anyone with fancy offices. We just focus on being helpful and getting the job done right. We share the space with a lot of folders and stacks of floor plans. It is a bit cramped but we like it.
