If you ever find yourself near the Old Station Bazar in Bhubaneswar, that's where we are. Our place is at Plot No. 385. It is a really crowded part of the city, and there is always something going on outside. Milkmazza is the name on our license, and we spend our days dealing with milk and other dairy products. The building we are in is quite old and has a lot of character, though it’s not exactly modern. Dealing with fresh milk means we have to be on our toes and keep everything cold. Our small team knows the drill by now. The streets around the station are very narrow, so getting our delivery vans in and out can be a real headache sometimes. We spend a lot of our time checking the refrigeration units and loading up the crates. It’s early morning work, usually starting while most people are still asleep. There is no big sign outside, so you have to look for the plot number. We don't do much in the way of advertising. We just rely on the local shops and the people in the bazar knowing where to find us. It’s a bit messy with all the water and steam from cleaning, but we keep it as clean as we can. It’s just a normal, hardworking local business trying to do things the right way.
