Meadowlark Realcon is located over at Plot No. 15/5168E. We are in the care of N.R. Das, right in the Old Station Bazar area of Laxmisagar in Bhubaneswar. It is an old part of town, which means it’s crowded and the streets are narrow, but it has a lot of character. We are close to the station, so there is always the sound of trains and people moving about. We handle real estate and construction things from this little office. It is not a modern glass building; it’s more of a traditional setup where we know our neighbors and they know us. Most of our days are spent talking to people about property or looking through old land records. It can be a bit tedious at times, but it is what we do. We don't have a fancy website or a marketing department. If you want to talk to us, you usually just have to come down to Laxmisagar and find the plot. We’ve been here for a while and have seen the city change quite a bit. Things move a bit slower in the Old Station Bazar compared to the newer parts of Bhubaneswar, and we kind of like it that way. We just try to give people straight answers and do our work without any unnecessary drama. It’s a small operation, but we stay busy enough to keep the lights on and the business moving.
