Mdbs Realcon Private Limited is located at Sm 7, in the Santoshi Mansion. You can find us over at Nilakantha Nagar, right by the Laxmisagar Canal Road. It’s a fairly easy place to spot if you are driving along the canal. We’ve been in this building for some time now. The office is where we handle all the real estate and construction details that come across our desks. Working near the canal is alright, though it can get a bit humid sometimes. Our team at Mdbs Realcon Private Limited is just a bunch of regular people. We don't have any big corporate rules about how to talk to people. We just use normal words and try to be helpful when someone walks in. Santoshi Mansion has been a good home for our business. We spend our days looking at sites and checking on how projects are moving along. It’s a lot of coordination and making sure things are on track. We don't claim to be anything we aren't. We’re just a local company trying to do a good job in the Nilakantha Nagar area. Sometimes things go smooth and sometimes there are delays, but we just deal with it as it happens. That is just the way it goes when you are working in this field. We've got a small kettle in the corner for tea when neighbors stop by to chat about property stuff. It stays pretty casual here most of the time.
