Maximas Infra Private Limited

Our office is tucked away in Flat No- E-105 at the Acropolis Apartment in Gothapatna. It’s a quiet area near Malipara, not far from the Chandaka police station. Maximas Infra is a small team working out of this apartment space. It’s more of a home-office vibe than a corporate headquarters. We do a lot of our planning here, looking over site drawings and talking to suppliers on the phone. Gothapatna is a bit away from the main city noise, which we actually prefer for getting things done. We focus on infrastructure work across the local region. It involves a lot of coordinating with different people and making sure the logistics don't fall apart. Some days we are out at the sites all day, and other days we are just here in the flat catching up on emails and bills. We don't use any flashy marketing talk because that’s not really who we are. We just tell people what we can do and how long it will likely take. There are always challenges, like when the monsoons hit and everything slows down, but we just manage it as it comes. It’s a very grounded way of working. We like the local feel of being in an apartment complex; it keeps us connected to the community we’re building in. Even if it gets a bit crowded with all the blueprints, it works for us and keeps the overheads low.
