We operate from Plot No- N-3/53 in IRC Village, which is over in the Nayapali area. It’s a pretty well-known part of town. Matrukas Estates has been around this neighborhood for a bit. Our office is just a regular building where we spend most of our hours looking at property maps and handling paperwork. We aren't big on marketing or trying to look more important than we are. It’s just us, working on local estate matters. IRC Village is a decent place to be based because it’s easy for people to find once they know the plot number. We see a lot of the same faces around here, which is nice. Sometimes the internet goes out or the power flickers, but we just deal with it like everyone else in the area. We don't have a receptionist in a suit; usually, whoever is closest to the door just says hello. Our desks are usually covered in files because there’s always something that needs sorting. It’s a practical way of working. We know the Nayapali area quite well, having spent so much time walking through the different streets and plots. Most of our day is spent talking to people or checking on local developments. We don't use big words or try to impress anyone. We just tell it like it is. It’s a simple business run by people who live right here in the community.
