Marmaid Media Private Limited operates out of Flat No-A001 in the Sitakhetra Apartment building. This is located at Plot No-918, which was built by Uttam Builder in the Samantrapur area of Bhubaneswar. It’s basically an apartment that we have converted into our workspace. It’s a ground-floor unit, which makes it very convenient for coming and going. We handle media-related work from here. Since it’s an apartment, it has a very homey feel to it. We have our computers set up in what would normally be the living room and bedrooms. It’s a bit unusual maybe, but it works for us and keeps things feeling personal. Samantrapur is a nice area and we are close to several landmarks which helps when we tell people how to find us. We don't have a big staff, just a handful of people who are into media and digital content. We usually have the curtains open to let in some light while we work. It’s not a corporate office with a front desk or a security guard. You just come to the apartment door and knock. We spend our days editing, writing, and talking about new media trends. It’s a relaxed environment where we can just focus on the tasks at hand without any unnecessary fluff. We’ve been in Sitakhetra Apartment for a while and it feels like home to our little company. It is just a practical place for us to do our daily media work.
