We are based out of Plot No-1534/1158 in Satya Vihar. If you know the Rasulgarh area in Bhubaneswar, you probably know where that is. It’s a busy spot but we like it here. Manchanath Dev Infracon Private Limited has been around for a bit now, mostly focusing on the building stuff people need in Khordha. It is not some fancy big office with glass walls, just a regular place where we get our work done. Most days, we are out on sites or dealing with materials and permits. Construction is a lot of work and sometimes things get messy or delayed because of the rain or just logistics, but that is how it goes. We try to keep things moving. Our team is small, just local people who know the roads and the suppliers around Orissa. It is a bit of a grind sometimes, honestly. People ask what we do exactly, and it is usually just infrastructure projects, the kind that keeps the city growing. We are not trying to be the biggest company in the world.
