We've been at Lingaraj Residency in Flat D-001 for a while now. It’s a quiet spot here in Bhubaneswar. Most of our days are spent dealing with paperwork and talking to folks about property stuff. It isn’t always glamorous, but it keeps us busy. My desk is usually covered in folders and half-empty tea cups. The office is right on the ground floor, which makes it easy for people to drop by if they have a question or just want to chat about what's going on in Khorda. We aren't a huge team, just a few of us trying to keep things organized. Sometimes the rain gets pretty heavy around here, and we just watch it from the window while waiting for the next phone call. Dealing with real estate means a lot of back and forth between different offices and sites. We try to keep our records straight. It’s just how we do things. Not much else to say. We know the neighborhood well because we live and work right here. Every day is a bit different, some are slow, others have us running around quite a bit. It’s steady work. We appreciate the people who stop in. If you're ever near the residency, you've probably seen our sign. It's a modest setup but it works for what we need to get done. We have an old ceiling fan that makes a clicking noise, but we’re used to it by now.
