Mahodadhi Estate India is located at Plot No- 332/1803/2028, specifically Sub Plot-31. It’s right at the back side of Taniq in the Chandrasekharpur area. Finding the place can be a little tricky because the plot numbers are so long and the lanes all look the same back there. We usually tell people to just look for the landmark and then head behind it. The office is pretty basic. We have a couple of computers that are getting a bit old and some filing cabinets that probably need a good clean. We do a lot of real estate work, which means we are constantly dealing with land records and people wanting to buy or sell property. It’s a lot of talking and a lot of tea. Sometimes we stay late because the paperwork just keeps piling up on the desks. We don't have fancy uniforms or a polished lobby. It’s more of a place where we sit down and get the job done. Chandrasekharpur is a fast-growing place, so there’s always something new happening outside our door. We try to keep up with all the changes in the land laws and the local prices. Most days are just a mix of answering emails and driving out to show people different plots of land. We’ve been doing this for long enough that we know most of the other brokers and developers in the city. It’s a lot of walking and talking but we enjoy the pace.
