MAHABIR ESTATES & CONSTRUCTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED

Our office is located at Plot N-4/337 in IRC Village, over in the Nayapalli area of Bhubaneswar. It’s a busy part of town and we’ve been here for a while now. We deal with construction and estate work mostly. Sometimes it feels like we spend more time on the phone than on the actual sites, but that's just how the business goes at MAHABIR ESTATES & CONSTRUCTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED. We look after different projects around Khordha and Orissa. The roads in Nayapalli can get crowded, so we usually get to the office early to avoid the rush. We handle things like finding plots for people and then seeing if we can help them build something on it. It’s a mix of paperwork and getting our hands dirty on the ground. We have a few guys who handle the site visits while some of us stay back to manage the accounts and the planning. The heat in the summer makes the work slow down, but we push through it. We aren't a massive corporation with hundreds of people. It’s just a group of us trying to make sure the walls are straight and the materials arrive on time. It is rewarding to see a building go up where there was just an empty lot before. We get a lot of local folks stopping by to ask questions about prices and land. We just tell them what we know based on what’s happening in the market today.
