Madeline Infratech Private Limited is located over at Plot CHP-104 in Kanan Vihar Phase-1, right in the Patia area of Bhubaneswar. It’s a busy part of Khordha, and we’ve been here for some time now. Our daily routine involves a lot of work with infrastructure and building projects. It’s not the easiest job in the world, especially with the heat and the dust sometimes, but we enjoy it. The office is usually a bit of a mess with all the plans and paperwork spread out on the tables. We don’t mind it though, because it means we are getting things done. People from all over the area come to talk to us about land and construction. We try to keep things real and don’t use any of those fancy marketing words. We just tell them what we know and show them the progress we’ve made. Patia is growing so fast, it’s hard to keep up sometimes. You see new things popping up every week. We spend a lot of our time visiting different sites and making sure the work is actually happening. It’s a lot of coordination and making phone calls. Sometimes things get delayed, but that’s just how construction goes. We just keep moving forward and try to do right by the people who trust us. Our team is small, but we work hard to keep everything on track. It's good to be here in Orissa doing this kind of work every day.
