MAAKHETRAPALI CONSTRUCTION (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED

Maakhetrapali Construction (OPC) Private Limited operates out of a first-floor office at Plot No-189/1195 in Gouri Dham Ebaranga. This is in the Sundarpada area of Bhubaneswar, not too far from the Old Town post office. Since we are an OPC, it is a small operation, mostly managed by one person with some help for the heavy lifting. Sundarpada has changed a lot lately with all the new houses going up, so there is always a bit of dust and noise around the office. We spend a lot of time traveling between the office and various small construction sites around the Khordha district. The office itself is nothing special, just a place to keep the records and meet with people who want to talk about building a house or a small shop. We try to keep things simple and avoid all that complicated talk you hear from the big city firms. Our work is mostly about bricks, mortar, and making sure the labor shows up on time. Sometimes the rains slow us down, especially in the low-lying areas around Ebaranga, but we manage to get through it. It is a lot of hard work and sometimes things don’t go exactly as planned with the suppliers, but we just deal with it as it comes. We are just local people trying to make a living by building things that stay standing for a long time without any fuss.
